The Zaytun Farmer's Cooperative is the eldest in the SAHA family of communities.  It is a collective of farmers from the Palestinian villages of Mass'ha, Bidiya, and Deir Balut who came together to try and improve the living conditions of their families.  The farmers and their families joined forces to raise the quality of products they have produced for generations: Olive Oil, Dried Sage Herbal Infusion and Hyssop Spice Mix.  

In partnering with SAHA the farmers gained knowledge about raising the quality of their products and about standardizing flavor to ensure customer satisfaction.  They have also received assistance in upgrading their storage facilities and their machinery.  Most importantly they have gained an outlet to tell their story and sell their fine products.
