Pasta with lemon olive oil
Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Saha Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-2 large garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup Saha Syrian Pressed Olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound pasta
Directions
- Zest or grate the lemon and combine with the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, olives, thyme, and the salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl.
- Toss the hot cooked pasta with the sauce.
