Pasta with lemon olive oil

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Saha Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup Saha Syrian Pressed Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound pasta

Directions

  • Zest or grate the lemon and combine with the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, olives, thyme, and the salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl. 
  • Toss the hot cooked pasta with the sauce.
