SAHA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by the Zaytun Farmer's Co-operative in the Palestinian villages of Mass'ha, Bidiya and Ya'asuf. The olive trees stand in family plantations, handed down through the generations from father to son." They are grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides. During the harvest season, the olives are handpicked, and taken to the local mill were they are cold pressed to produce tasty, top quality olive oil.
