Sage leaves are hand picked and sun dried by the women of the Za'ytun Co-opertive.
The bags the sage leaves are put in are hand made from utha fabric bags that were used to import SAHA Fair rade coffee.  Dried sage leaves can be used in addition to regular black tea, or as a herbal infusion by themselves.  The Sage Herbal Infusion can also be used to add rich flavor to salad dressing, and marinades.
